As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager NAMR - Corporate Finance & Strategy at The Boston Consulting Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CFS NAMR Regional Practice Area Leader in setting the strategic agenda and driving the implementation of business initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with the CFS NAMR PA leadership team, which includes regional business leaders, regional people and diversity leaders, system nodes, and regional initiative leaders. Your primary focus will be on managing the commercial plan and monitoring the state of the business, which encompasses lead flow, proposal pipeline, sold cases, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work in conjunction with global business and topic managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving business goals. In addition to commercial management, you will be responsible for driving regional people-related processes, assets, and initiatives within the practice. This includes overseeing programs such as Professional Development and Performance Conversations (PDPC), Employee Commitment Team (ECT), Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Learning and Development (L&D). Your role will also involve conducting business analysis and planning, managing regional internal communications, organizing internal events (such as leadership meetings, PA meetings, town halls, and L&D events), and facilitating affiliation activities. As a member of the global CFS PA Management & Operations team, you will cascade the priorities set by the CFS global Management Team into the NAMR region, making necessary adjustments to accommodate regional nuances. The Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice (CFS) is BCG's largest practice, combining deep expertise in corporate strategy concepts with a management methodology designed to create sustainable value for clients. The practice encompasses three key areas: Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Transactions & Integrations. Your contributions will be essential in delivering strategic and analytical approaches that empower senior management to tackle challenges such as growth generation, company innovation, asset portfolio management, finance organization development, risk understanding, and capital market responsiveness.
