About The Position

The Regional Practice Ambassador role at Bloom Healthcare is a dynamic sales management position, centered on cultivating referral relationships and partnerships with referral sources and to grow the overall census for Bloom’s business lines. The Regional Practice Ambassador will manage a small territory and accounts within that territory in addition to managing a team of Practice Ambassadors. Our target markets encompass ALFs, MCs, ILs, and any other entity responsible for referring patients to our business lines. As a Bloom Regional Ambassador, your primary responsibilities include fostering referral relationships, educating potential partners and patients about our services, and advocating for the benefits of our home-based primary care and hospice solutions, resulting in increased referral volume and census growth both individually and for the team they manage. The role plays a pivotal part in expanding access to high-quality in-home care for patients while supporting the growth and success of our practice and hospice.

Requirements

  • Prior Sales or Marketing experience in Assisted Living, Hospital, Home Health, Hospice, and/or like industry is required
  • Proven track record of success in multiple sales roles
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work in US

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of Bloom's market strategy
  • Management of a team of Practice Ambassadors
  • Oversight and management of all respective call points in the territory: Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Hospitals, as well as all outside care and referral partners (home health, hospice, etc)
  • Successfully obtaining monthly, quarterly and annual budget numbers and quotas ensuring the growth of the organization
  • Educating and meeting face to face with our patients and their families to assist them through the enrollment process
  • Interviewing and hiring Practice Ambassadors when there are openings within the territory
