The Regional Practice Administrator (RPA) role oversees operations across seven clinics within BJC Corporate Health, including both occupational medicine and primary care like services. The leader ensures consistent operational efficiency, implementation of best practices, and development of standard work to align teams. The role requires strong skills in change management and fostering teamwork across multiple locations. Success is achieved through inspiring and motivating leaders and staff, focusing on the patient experience, ensuring high quality outcomes, and driving employee engagement. The RPA supports departmental financial performance by identifying process and people efficiencies as well as maintaining strong relationships with employer partners as needed (Occ Med, School Based and Onsite). The administrator serves as a visionary leader, setting goals and guiding the team toward future growth and innovation.

  • Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed.
  • Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets.
  • Monitor, measure, assess and improve department performance using patient satisfaction data, BJCMG reports of budgeted vs. worked hours, RVU reports and NextGen reports.
  • Collaborates with physicians/providers to ensure consistent and appropriate processes/protocols to meet clinical needs, compliance standards and customer expectations.
  • Provide ongoing recognition, feedback and development, holding staff accountable for success.
  • Holds Site Administrators accountable for responding to patient complaints; analyze and determine necessity to elevate the complaint based on situation, potential risk, effective resolution, clinical care concerns.
  • Develops recommendations for capital, operating and staffing budgets.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-10 years of experience
