The leader ensures consistent operational efficiency, implementation of best practices, and development of standard work to align teams. The role requires strong skills in change management and fostering teamwork across multiple locations. Success is achieved through inspiring and motivating leaders and staff, focusing on the patient experience, ensuring high quality outcomes, and driving employee engagement. The RPA supports departmental financial performance by identifying process and people efficiencies as well as maintaining strong relationships with employer partners as needed (Occ Med, School Based and Onsite).
