About The Position

The Regional Portfolio Manager at mem property management is responsible for overseeing the operations of condominium complexes, ensuring compliance with bylaws and effective communication with homeowners and vendors. Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HOA property management.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle issues without supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and accounting systems.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in condominium management for 10 years or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Association in accordance with the Bylaws and Declarations.
• Maintain communications with HOA Board of Trustees, Association members/homeowners, and vendors.
• Ensure timely collection of monthly assessments from homeowners and oversee bill payments.
• Conduct Reserve Studies and present recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
• Maintain records of the Association, including files of homeowners and renters, and ensure proper updates on ownership changes.
• Process initial Architectural Committee applications and maintain a calendar for clubhouse use.
• Arrange for bids and oversee activities of contract service representatives for various maintenance services.
• Coordinate capital projects and review properties for violations or maintenance issues.
• Create and submit work orders for maintenance and repair work.
• Manage office operations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
