It takes a unique combination of curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and technical ability to engineer, operate, and maintain these types of solutions. We are looking for a talented Plant Manager that enjoys leading teams in a collaborative atmosphere and achieves results through carefully managing, solving, and completing a mix of challenging technical and administrative tasks. The Regional Plant Manager is an extremely important position reporting directly to our Operations Manager. The Regional Plant Manager will be responsible for daily operation & maintenance (O&M) activities at one or more of our Central Plants projects. These are electric power and/or thermal energy production facilities owned by NORESCO’s clients and operated by NORESCO. This position is responsible for supervising NORESCO’s 24/7 on-site plant operators and any required subcontracted maintenance or construction personnel. They will ensure that the facility meets its contractual performance, availability, and customer savings guarantees while remaining in compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and corporate requirements. The Regional Plant Manager will typically work onsite at one or more regional plants depending on assignments, operational or staffing issues, and expected events or activities scheduled for that day.
