About The Position

The Regional Planning Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing demand,
supply, and production planning processes across multiple locations within a
region. This role ensures inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and
alignment between supply chain functions and business objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or production planning in a regional or global environment
• Strong experience with supply chain optimization, and inventory management
• Hands-on expertise in ERP, APS, and data analytics platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize demand forecasting and supply planning across multiple business units.
• Lead the regional S&OP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial planning.
• Implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs
• Identify and implement automation and digital transformation projects to streamline workflows.
• Act as a key liaison between regional and global sales and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, finance, and manufacturing teams to improve supply chain alignment.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supply disruptions, geopolitical factors, and raw material shortages.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with trade, customs, and sustainability policies.
