Requirements

5+ years of experience in home health as a Physical Therapist
Successful completion of a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
Current therapist license issued by The State of Florida and a current BLS CPR certificate.
Proficient in technological devices/systems such as tablets, e-mail, text messaging, and Kinnser/HomeCare HomeBase EMRs (we provide significant training as needed)
Reliable transportation and a desire to travel within the greater Jacksonville area
Business acumen (particularly in sales and/or marketing)
Excellent communication, flexibility, and professionalism
Self-direction with a sense of team commitment
Organizational and time-management skills
Personal care component on a small percentage of patients

Nice To Haves

Have a network of clinicians or agencies in the Jacksonville market
Have helped grow a new program, region, or clinic before
Are a natural connector and advocate for patient care in the home setting

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home physical therapy services with compassion, quality, and autonomy
Engage local agency partners and support business development activity
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of local PTs, PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
Manage your caseload with flexibility and ownership
Participate in strategy calls with leadership to provide field insights and growth updates

Benefits

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000k annual salary
Revenue Share: 2% of all revenue generated in the first 12 months (your caseload + others you help onboard)
Hiring Incentives: Bonus per successful therapist you refer or help hire (must stay onboard for 3-months in good standing)
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.40 per mile
Tech Support: Tablet + data plan, full EMR training and ongoing support
PTO: 15 days annually
