As we continue to expand our Instem portfolio, we are hiring a Regional P&C manager to support us on this journey! The Regional People & Culture Manager is a key position taking responsibility for delivering high quality HR Services by providing HR oversight and direction for multiple countries in a specified geographical area. The Regional People & Culture Manager may oversee the People & Culture Team based in specified region(s) as assigned, ensuring the People & Culture team is delivering exceptional service to Instem. This role will be a strategic partner to departments to meet corporate business targets. Reporting to the Global People & Culture Director, the Regional People & Culture Manager will work closely with all levels of leaders and business stakeholders in the different countries where Instem is based. The Regional People & Culture Manager is part of the broader People & Culture Leadership team
