About The Position

The Regional Operations Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of branches within a designated region. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years in an Operational role for Regional Ops Admin I; 7+ years for Regional Ops Admin II.
• Thorough knowledge of bank retail operations and deposit accounts.
• Knowledge of Federal and State banking regulations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a retail banking environment.
• Familiarity with compliance issues and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administers the Branch Operational Risk Reviews to monitor compliance and operational functions.
• Visits assigned branches regularly to observe internal controls and identify improvements.
• Accountable for new account monitoring, employee coaching, and resolving customer complaints.
• Participates in operational support for bank mergers, acquisitions, and branch relocations.
• Coordinates disaster recovery and business continuity activities with the Regional Manager.
• Delivers excellent service to branches and teammates, fulfilling the bank's mission.
