About The Position

General Scope: The Regional Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for leading both operational execution and commercial performance within an assigned region. This role oversees field operations, personnel, equipment readiness, and financial performance while simultaneously driving revenue growth through customer relationship management and business development. This position serves as the primary link between customers, field operations, and leadership, ensuring alignment between service delivery and commercial objectives. Success in this role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to develop and maintain strategic customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience (Oil & Gas field services leadership is preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hold team accountable for maintaining a strong safety culture.
  • Encourage employees to stop work if they identify unsafe conditions.
  • Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and proper equipment use.
  • Address violations promptly and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training on recognizing hazards and proper safety procedures.
  • Know and provide clear procedures for reporting near-misses, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
  • Review and analyze incident reports to implement preventive measures.
  • Coordinate root cause analyses (RCAs) as necessary.
  • Must be able to operate and instruct basic equipment and tools safely.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing.
  • Work in high-noise environments (over 85 dBA) with appropriate hearing protection.
  • Adapt to outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and various terrains.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
  • Be able to work and act in a professional manner and exercise independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is required.
  • Understand the general operation of all office equipment such as a computer, printer, copier, and calculator/10-key.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs to meet the needs of the position is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment where responsibilities frequently change.

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S.
  • Must pass and maintain client-required random drug tests.
  • Must pass a background investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations across assigned product lines (Flowback, Drillout, Frac, WPCE, Production).
  • Ensure proper coordination of personnel, equipment, and resources to meet customer and operational demands.
  • Manage equipment readiness, utilization, and logistics in coordination with shop and dispatch teams.
  • Oversee job execution, including rig-up/rig-down, service delivery, and ticketing/invoicing accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across operations.
  • Lead regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, operators, and service partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical and operational needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and deal execution in coordination with leadership.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Own and manage the financial performance (P&L) of the assigned region.
  • Monitor revenue, costs, and margins to ensure profitability targets are met.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Approve and oversee regional spending, vendor management, and resource allocation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and operations.
  • Ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and executed in the field.
  • Resolve operational or service issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in pre-job planning, post-job reviews, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Lead, develop, and manage field personnel within the region.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development.
