About The Position

The Regional Operations Manager will lead an assigned regional territory focusing on P&L, freshness, compliance (both internal and external), customer service, safety, recruitment, collective bargaining, and the training and development of staff at all levels. This position is crucial for ensuring that the company's operational standards are met and that the customer experience is prioritized.

Requirements

• Experience working in visualization and marketing.
• Experience managing multiple employees at all levels.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive responsibility in retail store operations.
• Proven track record of strong performance in driving key field operations metrics.
• Demonstrated experience in successful rollout and implementation of store presentation and sales initiatives.
• Revenue and profit-making orientation.
• Proven background in associate relations, asset protection, and legal compliance.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a track record of building talent.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement initiatives to ensure the highest quality experience and brand loyalty.
• Set and measure customer service goals for all employees and stores.
• Ensure merchandise presentation creates a 'WOW' factor and maintains visual standards.
• Manage story inventory and ensure proper training on inventory management processes.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of staff to meet headcount goals.
• Conduct training and inspection audits quarterly in each store to ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Drive sales, profitability, and gross margin growth through effective training and development.
• Communicate company objectives to store management teams through organized conference calls and emails.
