The Regional Operations Manager provides leadership and day-to-day oversight for clinical laboratory and patient service center operations across a designated region. The Regional Operations Manager uses data and performance metrics to guide decisions, prioritize effectively, and identify opportunities to improve processes, control costs, and support team success. This role also helps maintain safe, professional, and well-functioning work environments and works closely with cross-functional departments to support continuous improvement and regional growth.
