Now, we’re hiring a Regional Operations Manager to lead 6-10 general dentistry practices across the expanding region in Coastal North Carolina. Requirements
- Based in or around Charlotte, NC, and willing to travel to multiple practices
- 5+ years in multi-site dental or high-volume healthcare operations

Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire Practice Managers + teams across 6 locations
- Identify pain points and turn them into performance wins
- Hire, coach, mentor, and grow your people—that’s your superpower
- Review KPIs, tackle P&Ls, and create smart strategies that actually work
- Make sure patients are getting the care (and experience) they deserve
