Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Regional Operations Management:
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for the region.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches within the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize resources and streamline operations.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of branch managers and technicians.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch managers in achieving their targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Participate in sales presentations, negotiations, and customer meetings as required.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality HVAC services to meet customer expectations.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and provide effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain service standards and best practices across branches.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives.
