The Regional Operations Manager – East provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple client sites, ensuring consistent service delivery, compliance with TMG Best Practices, and high levels of client satisfaction. This role oversees mail services and related office operations while driving process improvement, employee development, and financial performance.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of leadership experience managing multiple locations.
  • Experience in mail services, shipping/receiving, copy/print, reception, or related office services.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with reporting, budgeting, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and standardize operations across multiple sites, including mail services and related office support functions.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflows, and essential site documentation.
  • Ensure management coverage, service quality, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Manage client relationships, conduct regular reviews, and resolve operational issues.
  • Oversee staffing, training, payroll approval, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor contracts, scopes of work, vendor relationships, and audit requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports, account reviews, and customer surveys.
  • Ensure accurate billing, budget compliance, and financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to exceed client expectations.
