About The Position

The Fire Safety Regional Operations team focuses on implementing global fire safety strategies and policies at a regional level. This team will act as regional liaisons for all fire safety-related activities, ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies are effectively executed. They will also build and maintain internal and external partnerships to achieve high levels of fire safety execution. The Regional Operations team will play a critical role in translating strategy into action on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that fire safety SOPs and policies developed by the COE are effectively implemented in the assigned region.
• Lead global programs and initiatives to improve fire safety standards and practices on a global scale.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including local fire departments, regulatory bodies, and safety organizations.
• Oversee the execution of fire safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regional and international fire safety regulations.
• Lead and coordinate fire safety incident responses, ensuring timely and effective resolution of fire safety issues.
• Provide regular feedback to the central team on the effectiveness of fire safety strategies and initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
