Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a results-oriented Regional Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth business. As the leading provider of outdoor living solutions in North America, we pride ourselves on our award-winning portfolio that enables customers to Live Well Outside. This position will oversee 3-4 dry-mix/concrete plants in the region, reporting directly to the President as part of the APG New England business. In this critical role, you will lead, direct, and manage multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring that all operations align with our core values of Safety, Quality, Productivity, Housekeeping, and Preventative Maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining OSHA and other regulatory compliance across all sites, building competent leadership teams, and supporting employee development. You will lead ad hoc project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvements, while also researching and implementing manufacturing best practices. Your ability to break down annual and monthly goals into meaningful metrics for each plant will be essential, as will your capacity to hold team members accountable for achieving desired results. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, coach and mentor Plant Managers to boost efficiencies, control costs, and maximize plant capabilities. Collaboration with regional leaders will be key to achieving collective goals, and you will facilitate accurate reporting of production and inventory to ensure transparency and accountability across the board.
