What we are looking for: An ambitious and results-driven Regional Director of Operations for our fast-growing market to be responsible for assuring that multi-site operations run smoothly and efficiently. This individual manages teammates and partners with providers and corporate departments to ensure the highest standard of dermatology care is provided, consistent with sound financial operations and budgets. The Regional Director will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will also work closely with the Market Medical Director. Candidates should live near Seattle or Portland and be comfortable with traveling approximately 50-60% of the time, mainly within the region.
