About The Position

The Regional Operations Director at CCH Healthcare is responsible for overseeing multiple long-term care facilities in Eastern North Carolina. This role focuses on managing Licensed Nursing Home Administrators, driving census growth, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Active LNHA License in North Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Administrator in the long-term care setting
• Experience in Senior Living Facility management is preferred
• Experience in a multi-site management position
• Demonstrated leadership skills necessary to create business plans and set goals for company growth
• Ability to work cooperatively with employees at all levels

Responsibilities

• Increasing census growth at each facility
• Ensuring residents receive the highest level of care and meet company standards
• Overseeing orientation of new Administrators and their ongoing growth
• Establishing performance plans for all Administrators that reflect expectations for performance
• Overseeing federal and state surveys
• Ensuring facility risk management strategies are in place and monitored
• Participating in budget planning
• Reviewing financial performance of facilities with the Administrator
• Ensuring company goals and programs are executed at the facility level according to company standards
• Ensuring facilities are maintained according to company standards
