The Regional Occupancy Planner will manage a team that provides consulting services to a large global technical client's corporate real estate portfolio. What you'll do Provide formal supervision to employees. Oversee the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Build real estate strategies and consulting for small to medium size clients. Take part in strategic portfolio planning with stakeholders. Assist the business with a specific geographic location and guide a collaborative team. Give commercial and financial knowledge during strategy development and presentations. Evaluate space rationalization for clients and provides solutions as needed. Monitor organizational performance and report on data collected. Present property reports and studies on location, labor, and retail. Develop strategies to reduce costs for clients. Assist with consolidation reviews and transactions with clients. Gain an understanding of the client's business and ensure that property and location directives align with the business strategic direction. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of own subject area and how own field integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
