About The Position

Implement health and safety practices which conform to Head Start Program Performance Standards. Monitor each childs health by performing periodic health checks, screenings and observation. Assist the Family Worker in helping families obtain medical and dental services, with referrals, follow-up and treatments. Teach, practice and implement health and safety practices to children, staff and families. $750 Sign-On Bonus! Terms of Employment Conditions of Employment This position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function. Location, Hours & Salary / https://lcheadstart.org/locations/ This position will require applicant to possess a valid Drivers License with a Driver Record Check to be conducted in addition to agency required background clearances. Full Time (37.5 hrs/wk),10-month position working a school year August -June annually with an established summer break between school years. Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Current Nursing License or RN
This position will require record check approval of driving record by LCHS Insurance Provider, as this position is considered a designated position requiring driving as an essential job function.
