About The Position

The Regional Nurse ensures that facilities nursing departments are performing up to accepted standards in addition to following state and federal regulatory requirements. Assist in special projects, including but not limited to policy and procedure creation and creation of reporting systems. Coordinate activities of Quality Assurance Nurses including schedule of facility visits, facility projects, oversight and coverage of case Mix Desk functions and Risk Management investigation at the direction of the Director of Clinical Quality Assurance. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current Ohio Nursing License.
  • 3 years of Management/Supervisory Experience as Director of Nursing in Long Term Care
  • 5 years in Long Term Care

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years MDS experience
  • 2 years PPS experience preferred
  • PCC experience preferred.
