The Regional Medical Value & Outcomes Liaison (MVOL) serves as the accountable medical lead for population-based decision makers (PBDM) at the C&D-suite level within their priority accounts focused on Healthcare Delivery Networks & Systems, ensuring their clinical conviction and implementation needs for ViiV Long-Acting Injectables are realized. This position works in close collaboration with the ViiV Corporate Accounts Team (VCAT) and ViiV Corporate Accounts Reimbursement Team (VCART) to provide a seamless customer experience through impactful and timely value engagements. The MVOL will identify and appropriately engage medical influencers/decision makers within a sophisticated customer base to establish relationships and inform access, management, and purchase-based decisions, assist with pipeline planning/surveillance, represent VIIV Medical capabilities/needs and return actionable medical voice of the customer. The MVOL will be responsible for forging medical partnerships centered around shared priorities and, in alignment with strategic account plans, result in the implementation of transformational initiatives that drive mutual value for the healthcare system and ViiV The ideal candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment. In addition, the ability to partner cross-functionally both internally and externally while remaining highly adaptable in a changing ecosystem is critical. It is expected that the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working within a diverse team, navigating complex health systems, and developing and implementing strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives.
