The Regional Medical Affairs Director role is responsible for leading a team charged with ongoing client education and engagement regarding our clinical offerings, strategic initiatives, and the technology used at Ambry. The Regional Medical Affairs Director functions with autonomy and independence, partnering with the ASD (s) and AVP(s) to strategically manage the region and support the sales and GSL teams in new and existing client interactions. The Regional Medical Affairs Director will ensure the execution of all field-based medical affairs initiatives, oversee special projects (their own or their team member’s), and interact independently with internal stakeholders. The Regional Medical Affairs Director is also responsible for hiring, training, and managing direct reports on their team.
