About The Position
The Regional MDS/QM Nurse is a seasoned nursing professional responsible for overseeing the completion and transmission of resident assessments across multiple skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). This role involves guiding facility leadership to improve quality measures, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance overall resident care outcomes. The nurse will provide education and support to MDS Coordinators, train new staff, and collaborate with facility teams to implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
