About The Position

At Hall's Culligan Water, we're passionate about providing better water for better lives — and we need a driven, energetic Regional Marketing Manager to bring our Midwest region marketing and sales coordination to the next level. This role involves collaborating with our outside marketing agency to create lead-generation campaigns, developing and launching marketing strategies, and maintaining constant contact with GMs and Sales Managers. The position also includes rolling out special events, managing lead tracking, and ensuring market engagement with local business groups.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or Marketing preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to pass background screening.
  • Strong background in marketing, web, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Tech savvy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Analytical, results-driven, and calm under pressure.

  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with outside marketing agency to create lead-gen campaigns and promo calendars.
  • Develop and launch marketing strategies and analyze their performance.
  • Maintain contact with GMs, Sales Managers, and marketing agency.
  • Roll out special events, in-market activations, and local sponsorships.
  • Lead management through tracking software, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure market engagement with local business groups.
  • Communicate weekly with Area Managers and Sales Managers to review reports.
  • Implement a lead tracking formula to boost visibility into lead sources.
  • Report on monthly lead volume, appointment conversion, and sold unit cost metrics.
  • Pilot the Sales Coordinator Team and manage lead tracker entries.
  • Support direction of sales team leads and align incentives with team goals.
  • Streamline lead handling and build smart scheduling plans.
  • Lead weekly team huddles and support the Sales Coordinator team.
  • Collaborate with Leadership on communication and training.
