As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will own the enablement, communication and activation of RIS go-to-market (GTM) Marketing for North America. A healthier future drives us to innovate. Responsibilities

  • Act as liaison between US and CAN local marketing and RIS GTM - Marketing.
  • Champion the knowledge and understanding of the RIS PLCF and engagement model of the Go-to-Market organization.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the NAM region to ensure the effectiveness of market activities in NAM market.
  • Lead and facilitate enablement sessions and workshops to enhance local teams' understanding and utilization of marketing assets within key commercial programs, including but not limited to solution selling, cybersecurity and competitive positioning.
  • Work closely with product teams to support the commercialization of products in the NAM region.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, from lead generation to contract signing, collaborating with local teams to elevate the importance of lead management.
  • Enable global marketing partners and campaign leaders to receive key tracking metrics that are required for campaign success.
  • Analyze marketing data to measure the success of initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of pricing models.
  • Monitor and analyze competitive programs, providing insights and recommendations to local teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on activation and enablement.
  • Proven experience working in a global or regional role, preferably within the NAM region.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, pricing, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, SMP platform).

  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
  • Knowledge of NAM market dynamics and regulatory environment.
