Join us, as we reshape the future. Job Summary: The Regional Marketing Director has significant clinical and skin cancer customer knowledge. They can read and interpret omnichannel customer level data and have experience using it with cross-functional partners in planning customer engagement strategies. They will coach and help develop actionable customer engagement plans with their local field team partners. The Regional Marketing Director will partner with National and Regional Skin Cancer Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build a trusted relationship between themselves and Replimune. The Regional Marketing Director will work closely with the internal cross-functional field professionals, including, but not limited to Regional Business Directors (RBD), Strategic Account Managers (SAM), Oncology Nurse Educators (ONE), Interventional Radiology Coordinators (IRC), Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) and Key Account Directors (KAD) in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. They possess the ability to engage with health care professionals to gather market insights, build educational programs and support the execution of branded and disease-state strategies at the regional level. This is a field based position. Candidates must reside within the territory for which they are applying.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 7+ years of oncology experience in pharma/biotech; skin cancer strongly preferred
  • Field Leadership experience as a sales manager or regional manager
  • Brand Marketing or Strategy Experience
  • Experience leading without authority
  • Excellent analytical mindset: ability to interpret and analyze customer data sets
  • Experience as a Thought Leader Liaison
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage several projects at one time; flexibility to adjust accordingly
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Regional omnichannel strategy using data and analytics to understand regional market dynamics and utilize this data to plan, create and execute regional, marketing initiatives in collaboration with regional field teams and the brand team
  • Develop trusted relationships with Skin Cancer Key Opinion Leaders
  • Garner insights and building corporate and brand awareness and advocacy as outlined below:
  • Review and interpret regional customer/ market omnichannel data and use this data to develop local marketing initiatives and customer engagement plans
  • Enable a robust 360-degree view of customers to help teams hyper-personalize customer interactions
  • Coach and guide SAMs, IRCs, ONEs and RBDs on actional insights
  • Collaborate with SAM and RBD to develop and execute tailored regional marketing plans while supporting thought leader development
  • Support branded and unbranded Speaker Programs inclusive of vendor management, speaker identification, contracting and 3rd party coordination
  • Coordinate promotional activities and customer engagements at National/Regional Melanoma and Pan-Oncology Congresses
  • Identify and execute regional marketing programming that supports brand strategy
  • Collaborate and communicate with the cross-functional field team and marketing to ensure appropriate insight sharing
  • Recruit KOLs and other key stakeholders for the development and execution of regional educational programs.
  • Develop, recruit, and participate in Commercial Advisory Boards
  • Develop measurable KOL engagement plans
