As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role on the regional marketing team, supporting Loan Officers with a wide range of marketing initiatives. This position is remote but must be able to commute to nearby offices in Northern California to assist with Loan Officer support during and after hours when applicable. You will be responsible for facilitating new hire onboarding and collaborating on the creation and execution of marketing projects across digital, print, and social media platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. You’ll also analyze current and upcoming initiatives to improve efficiency and impact, while providing administrative support as needed. This role places a strong emphasis on internal communications and new hire onboarding, helping drive our continued nationwide expansion.
