About The Position
Aon is seeking a Regional Managing Director (RMD) for our Construction & Infrastructure Surety Practice in the Southeastern U.S. This hybrid role (2-3 days onsite weekly) is aimed at dynamic leaders with deep expertise in the Construction & Infrastructure Surety (C&I) sector. The RMD will lead growth in the region, shape strategy, enhance client relationships, and guide a talented team toward operational and financial excellence. The preferred locations for this role include Atlanta, the Carolinas, Texas, or Florida.
