About The Position

• Sales experience in fitness
• Project management skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and iOS software

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and training sales.
• Communicate and implement marketing campaigns as set forth by the Ownership.
• Engage in community outreach and involvement.
• Manage customer interactions through various social media platforms.
• Lead and train team members on company best practices.
• Review and analyze club reports and data to improve decision making and identify trends.
• Review Profit & Loss statements and communicate areas of improvement for profitability.
• Communicate company goals and hold team members accountable.
• Ensure club cleanliness and service standards are exceptional.
• Build teams through strong leadership and development.
• Oversee the hiring process to ensure candidates meet the company's needs and objectives.
• Provide top-notch customer service to members, clients, and fellow employees.
