About The Position
The Regional Manager position at United Apartment Group involves assisting in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management. This role is responsible for the recruitment, training, development, and supervision of District and Property Managers. The Regional Manager shares responsibility for maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties while assisting Managing Partners and Supervisors with special projects, administrative tasks, and other related work. Travel is required, and reasonable or limited use of a personal vehicle may be necessary from time to time. The Regional Manager plays a crucial role in supporting United Apartment Group in its mission.
