About The Position

Now Hiring: Regional Manager Whitton Recruiting is looking for experienced Regional Managers to oversee 7-8 high-volume restaurant locations in the Mid West markets. These roles are ideal for strategic, hands-on leaders whoexcel at driving performance, developing strong management teams, andelevating the guest experience across multiple restaurants.

Requirements

• Multi-unit leadership experience (upscale or high-volume dining preferred)
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Proven ability to grow sales and improve performance across several locations
• Ability to hire, train, and mentor management teams
• Excellent communication and leadership presence
• Travel required within assigned region (CA or Midwest)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support General Managers across 7-8 locations
• Drive revenue growth and maintain strong cost controls
• Review P&L, labor, and operational performance; build action plans
• Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community partnerships
• Strengthen team culture and develop high-performing leaders
• Improve guest satisfaction and overall service standards
