Regional Manager

Fortify CompaniesSouthampton Township, NJ

About The Position

Insurcomm is growing its presence in New Jersey, and we need a Regional Manager who knows the market, is connected in it, and is ready to own it from day one. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain a steady state. It is for an operator who leads from the front, treats branch P&L performance as a personal scorecard, and builds the kind of referral relationships that drive sustainable revenue year over year. You will oversee daily operations across your assigned New Jersey locations, develop local leadership talent, and drive top-line growth while consistently improving job-level margins, cycle times, and conversion rates. You will have the backing of our corporate team and the autonomy to make the day-to-day calls that move the business forward. This role is a direct path into a Regional Director position for high performers ready to take on a broader remit, including greenfield market development across the region. If you are competitive, operationally sharp, and motivated to build something meaningful in a market you know, this is your next step.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of operations or field leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery, or related property services (e.g., HVAC, waterproofing, remediation)
  • Demonstrated success managing branch or site-level P&L with a track record of margin improvement and revenue growth
  • Ability to balance hands-on field execution with structured management discipline across multiple locations
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and job-level profitability
  • Proven ability to develop frontline teams, drive accountability, and build a performance-oriented culture
  • Effective communicator with the presence to lead teams and represent the company with external partners
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned New Jersey locations; regional travel expected up to 25%

  • Monitor KPIs including contribution margin, gross margin, EBITDA margin, DSO/DPOs, and more; implement corrective actions as needed

  • Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts across New Jersey
  • Execute local go-to-market strategy in coordination with regional business development resources and Corporate Marketing
  • Identify opportunities to grow wallet share within existing accounts and capture new referral partner relationships

  • Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency, manage operating expenses, and improve job-level contribution margins
  • Monitor key cycle time stages—from lead receipt through job close—and drive accountability for improvement
  • Leverage our shared technology platform to deliver consistent customer experiences from first call to final walkthrough
  • Lead, mentor, and develop local branch teams to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and service excellence
  • Embody the player-coach mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves alongside your team when needed
