At SALT, we provide comprehensive support services, allowing dental specialists to focus on delivering exceptional care. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Regional Manager to oversee operations of all offices within our Washington market with the support and input of Owner Doctors and Associates. This role will play a key role in supporting the offices revenue, patient base, bring to light opportunities for office expansion, and provide support to retain a positive company culture. This position provides a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our dental services and make a meaningful impact on patient care across multiple sites.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multi-site operational management experience in dental settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate complex implementations.
• Maintain familiarity with dental practices and specialized services like Orthodontics and Oral Surgery, including equipment requirements, patient workflows, and staffing needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, administrative teams, and senior leadership.

• Previous management experience within Orthodontics or Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Confers with VP of Operations regarding needs and concerns of all offices.
• Assists Office Managers and Partner Doctors with concerns or needs within their office.
• Coach and mentor practice managers for growth and development.
• Assist with recruitment for required clinical and administrative roles, coordinating with Talent Acquisition to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Oversees training of new employees and review training for established employees as needed.
• Define clear roles, expectations, and performance metrics for team members.
• Lead the strategic execution and initial oversight of new service lines, including Orthodontics, Dentistry, and Oral Surgery, across multiple dental sites.
• Collaborate with finance and our strategy team to establish, monitor, and manage budgets for new service line integration, including equipment, supplies, and staffing costs.
• Conduct regular assessments, reviewing patient flow, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and proactively mitigate operational risks.
• Utilize feedback from staff and patients to refine workflows, address challenges, and enhance service line delivery and patient experience.
• Monitor key performance indicators on office production performance, sharing insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Manages staff within working office, resolving issues, coordinating schedules, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
