We are looking for a powerhouse Regional Property Manager to oversee a high performing portfolio of 1250+ units. This role is all about leadership: developing strong teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring our residents feel proud to call our communities home. This position is full time in-office in Denver, Colorado and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of staff and 1250+ apartments in accordance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years in multifamily leadership or asset management required (500+ units as PM or 1,000+ units as RM), scattered site experience preferred
  • Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 required
  • Experience managing teams of 5+ that include maintenance professionals
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Calm under pressure, decisive, and adaptable

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with property owners and deliver exceptional service
  • Hire, train, lead, coach, and develop Portfolio Managers, Assistant Managers, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping teams
  • Strengthen maintenance operations, vendor relationships, work order, unit turn, and grounds processes and timelines
  • Ensure properties look outstanding from curb appeal to common areas
  • Build and manage annual budgets
  • Analyze monthly financials and report variances
  • Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and renewal success
  • Oversee accounts payables, receivables, and RUBS billing approvals, accuracy and efficient internal processes
  • Monitor delinquencies, bad debts, and evictions to ensure adherence to collection protocols
  • Safeguard compliance with safety and risk management standards
  • Execute preventative maintenance programs for each property
  • Own property contracts, inventory control, and purchasing
  • Oversee processing work orders, timecards, commissions, and invoicing
