About The Position

Lead Where It Matters – Empower Teams and Communities Across Nevada Are you a seasoned property operations leader ready to oversee a portfolio of communities, inspire performance, and partner directly with owners? At Stout Management Company, we’re looking for a Regional Manager who can drive results, develop strong teams, and uphold our reputation for excellence. What You’ll Do: · Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers to ensure performance aligns with Stout Management Company’s standards. · Oversee day-to-day operations across your portfolio: occupancy, rent collections, resident retention, expenses, and property condition. · Ensure company policies and procedures are followed throughout all sites under your supervision. · Analyze property performance, implement action plans, and meet occupancy goals (95%+). · Personally inspect each community regularly—both scheduled and unannounced—to ensure compliance, safety, and curb appeal. · Prepare and manage annual budgets, approve expenditures, and review monthly financials for each property. · Recruit, train, and conduct performance evaluations for property staff, making key personnel decisions in collaboration with on-site managers. · Communicate regularly with owners, addressing concerns, sharing updates, and delivering financial insights. · Lead with integrity and professionalism, setting the tone for service, accountability, and operational excellence.QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring: · 2+ years of multifamily leadership experience with proven results in team development, operations, and financial oversight. · Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and market analysis. · Experience with affordable housing programs (e.g., LIHTC, Section 8, HUD) and compliance requirements. · Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. · A leadership style that blends high standards with mentorship and collaboration. · The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure. · Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required. · Valid Driver License required.
