What Highmark can do for you: Help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions Competitive pay for the market Monthly bonus opportunities for all site associates 30% associate rent discount Medical, Dental & Vision benefits the 1 st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment Company-provided life insurance, short term and long term disability coverage Flexible Spending accounts 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, with 4% Highmark match Professional Certification & Tuition reimbursement Vacation, Sick and Personal Time off available to use after 90 days 10 paid holidays Paid parental leave Responsibilities What your day to day might look like: Supervise the daily operations of your regional portfolio to achieve financial and operational goals Oversee the hiring, training, counseling, and mentoring, including annual performance reviews of property staff Review/audit property administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; approve all exceptions of the same Review all bank deposits, Monthly Bonus Reports, Weekly Activity Reports, and Financial Aged Receivable Reports Deliver preliminary budgets to Senior Regional Manager and/or Regional Vice-President Oversee the annual apartment walkthrough (assist Community Directors where appropriate) Review and approve Semi-Annual File Audits Qualifications We're looking for: A high degree of organization and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to direct the work of others Industry accreditations preferred - CAM, CAPS or CPM Some things we can't live without: 3-5 years of previous management in a supervisory role, with an emphasis on bottom-line profit and accountability Must have experience with affordable properties and programs Prior Regional Manager experience required High school education or equivalent to - college degree preferred Remote position but must be willing and able to travel Valid driver's license # Req.
