We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to support our portfolio of communities in Montgomery and South Alabama. The ideal candidate will be based within the region and will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing strong on-site teams, and enhancing the performance of our communities. Experience with Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities is highly valued. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: The following attributes are desirable for job success: Responsible for maintaining and improving the integrity of the physical asset and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with the Company's mission, vision, and objectives. Responsible for training and development of all personnel assigned, either directly or through others. Must have the ability to partner well with direct supervisor, Executive leadership team, company department head and support teams.
