Responsibilities

• Mentors all positions within the operational area to ensure high engagement and success.
• Supports and aligns decisions with Jersey Mike's unique culture.
• Assists Managers and General Managers to ensure restaurants deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Trains and develops Managers and General Managers; manages career expectations for the management team.
• Develops and manages business planning processes with Managers and General Managers.
• Maintains full responsibility for financial performance impacting area restaurant operations.
• Analyzes business trends and financial data to assess and improve area performance.
