Western National Property Management is seeking a dynamic Regional Manager for a portfolio of properties in its Southern California region. Qualified candidates must possess strong team-building skills and be able to lead site level teams to success while maintaining accountability. The Regional Manager will be responsible for monitoring and leading on-site administration and accounting, expense control, market and leasing strategy, corporate and client communication, employee management and compliance with corporate and site level policies and procedures. Additional functions would include reporting on financial performance on a regular basis, budgeting and serving as a liaison within the company and industry when required. This position is offering $120K to $150K depending on experience, including yearend bonus potential plus benefits!

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of prior multi-site residential management experience.
  • Knowledgeable with accounting and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of maintenance, marketing, and management of on-site staff.
  • Ability to interface with owners/investors to define their goals and objectives.
  • Prepare, plan, review, advise, and train employees in financial management, marketing, and resident retention programs.
  • California Real Estate License is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree highly desirable.
  • CPM designation highly desirable or Candidate status.

Responsibilities
