About the position

As a Regional Manager at Hisense, you will support Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances within National Retailers. This role involves coaching a team of 15-20 direct reports, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring proper staffing levels. You will develop strong relationships with retail leadership, manage expenses, and communicate regularly with your team to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will facilitate training efforts and provide weekly reports on progress towards KPI targets.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively coach a team of 15-20 direct reports by developing rapport and implementing personalized measures to gauge improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with direct reports to communicate performance accomplishments and set expectations.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels to meet program demands and manage the recording of time worked.
  • Develop and maintain strong work relationships with retail leadership and store personnel.
  • Manage expenses for the designated team to stay within budget.
  • Communicate daily with the field team to ensure they are on track with objectives.
  • Travel as needed to work with direct reports to improve performance.
  • Facilitate training efforts, including one-on-one shadow training and classroom-style training.
  • Aggregate best practices and create processes for team benefit.
  • Provide weekly reports summarizing progress to assigned KPI targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in management or marketing, or equivalent of 5 years related retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to read and manipulate spreadsheets and create presentations.
  • Self-discipline to manage time effectively.
  • Strong customer service and selling skills.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift 30lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
