About The Position

The Regional Manager - Weekly Properties at Advanced Management Group is responsible for overseeing the operations of a portfolio of Weekly properties in the Las Vegas valley. This role involves recruiting, training, and developing a strong team while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Regional Manager will also manage budgets, analyze operations, and maintain high standards for property management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive experience in multifamily property management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge in Entrata property management software.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Solid understanding of leading edge property management technology.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Experience with operating budgets and financial reporting.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Must obtain and maintain a Nevada Real Estate License and Property Manager Permit within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Weekly properties is a plus.
  • Customer service or Food Service Industry experience (Bartender, Server, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a high performing team of site staff members.
  • Formulate and manage an annual operating budget for every property in the managed portfolio.
  • Track and analyze actual operations in relation to budget and report on at least a monthly basis.
  • Evaluate market on a regular basis and formulate marketing plans to ensure market leading occupancy and rental rate performance.
  • Regularly visit all managed properties to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and maintenance staff is proactive in repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain proficiency in leading industry technologies and teach team members on their use.
  • Handle tenant and vendor issues that exceed the scope of site staff.
  • Gather proposals and approve repair, operating, and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Create a positive living environment for residents to enhance retention and online reputation.
  • Complete site audits quarterly and ad verification/audits monthly.
