JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary: The Regional Manager of Client Technical Solutions (CTS) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic execution of client solutions across an entire region. This position manages a diverse team of Area Managers, STAMs, and STAM Acquisition Managers, focusing on scaling technical capabilities, standardizing processes, and driving client success. The Regional Manager acts as a key link between the regional teams and the global CTS leadership, aligning local initiatives with corporate strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of the travel tech landscape, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple departments to achieve business objectives.
