Position Summary As a Regional Manager – Substation , you will provide leadership and strategic oversight for substation construction operations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for managing long-term, complex programs and strategic projects from pursuit and preconstruction through execution and closeout. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects by securing the required resources and applying formal processes and tools to manage budgets, schedules, risk, change, safety, and quality. The Regional Manager is accountable for regional performance, project profitability, client satisfaction, and alignment with Michels Power’s safety-first culture and operational standards. This position requires a proven leader who is reliable, self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and professional, with the ability to influence teams and clients across a geographically dispersed region.
