The impact you’ll have: Reporting to the Director of Territory Sales, the Regional Manager will help shape the vision, sales strategy, and direction for the SLED Territory team. They will lead a team of 8–10 sellers operating in both remote and hybrid environments, driving hardware, software, and services growth across existing and prospective customers while fostering a high‑performing, motivated sales organization. The Regional Manager will support the expansion of key vendor partnerships and oversee the effective management and optimization of team OPEX. They will collaborate closely with leaders across the broader SLED Unified team—as well as with vendor partner leadership—to maximize customer engagement and achieve key performance targets, including field margin, contract growth, rep participation, and NPS. Additionally, the Regional Manager will serve as a critical Sales Stakeholder on cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring the unique requirements of the SLED business and customer base are effectively represented and planned for.
