About The Position

The Regional Security Manager will be focused on providing the best-in-class service and support to all of Premier Protective Security’s (PPS), Workplace Operations Management and guard services in our East Coast region. This role will implement policies and protocols to protect and physically secure all our customer’s employees, assets and operations. This role requires the experience necessary to manage and support a large region, and an ability to leverage technology and systems to proactively mitigate potential threats and risks to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating a professional working environment between our in-house guard team (or subcontractor, where applicable) and client.
  • Ensuring our team, both in-house and subcontracted, are adhering to the highest standards of security per PPS standards.
  • Address and resolve any complaints or disputes in a timely manner to ensure a resolution is achieved.
  • Oversee, conduct, and allocate adequate training and/or additional resources for our in-house and subcontracted guard teams to drive success in your respective market.
  • Ensure consistent and timely communication with clients and subcontractors to grow the business relationship between PPS and the customer.
  • Oversee all aspects of the respective region and conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Represent PPS in a professional manner as the liaison between client, subcontractor, and PPS.
  • Lead transition efforts when assuming new site or replacement of subcontractors, as needed.
  • Advance the interests of PPS and grow your respective region by way of acquiring new customers and selling guard services.
  • Oversee day to day operations including but not limited to: a) Reading, correcting and filing daily activity reports/incident reports b) Creating and maintaining employee schedules c) Leading, training, and developing qualified employees d) Creating post orders e) Conducting regular site audits (post checks) to ensure consistent quality of service across the responsible area. f) Hiring, promotion and termination over employees. g) Ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and submitted, and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored. h) Ensure secure and confidential design and implementation of filing systems, ensuring active and inactive employee files are completed and filed and disposal of old records. i) Create market growth strategy focusing on new customer acquisition, current customer retention, while managing within organizational budget. j) Ensuring company policies are adhered to k) Maintaining all employee records and employee hours
