About The Position
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operations of multiple assigned sites, managing personnel, equipment, and contracts. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance across all sites while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Regional Manager will also be involved in hiring, developing, and disciplining employees, as well as becoming familiar with site-specific equipment and contractual obligations.
