About The Position
The Regional Manager - Retail (RMR) is responsible for leading and developing Field Talent and managing a geographical area for a focused group of clients within Winston Zones, managed by other Winston Regional Managers, ensuring that all projects are staffed and appropriately executed. The Regional Manager- Retail will collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Account Training, as well as other Regional Managers and Recruiting teams to ensure 100% execution of all client projects.
