Propark Mobility is on a search for our next Rock Star to fill a Regional Manager leadership role in our Boston region. This position will report directly to the Regional Vice President. Requirements

Emotional intelligence and magical powers for outstanding client relations and customer service for large event-based operations.
Minimum five years of demonstrated management experience for large front-line employee teams within the parking, hospitality or a related industry.
Strong talent to engage and motivate team members.
Established experience with scheduling, payroll, plus creating and managing budgets.
Ability to promote the company vision and the agility to pivot with new innovations.
Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines.
Ability to maintain flexibility in schedule in order to meet operational needs.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with client focus, and an ability to work with all staff levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP

Responsibilities

Take center stage as the front-facing ambassador, unwavering champion, and operational maestro, steering the success of this high paced, exciting venue operation.
Inspire the team to recruit and retain top-tier talent for optimal service delivery.
Be a champion of our unique Propark culture.
Think and execute at the highest levels in terms of service, for clients, customers, and the company.
Ensures the daily operations within assigned area of responsibility perform in accordance of company policy by ensuring each location is properly staffed, and follows set opening and closing procedures.
Manage teams, comprised of both professional and hourly workforce individuals, by sourcing candidates, ensuring onboarding and training are provided consistently, and develops key talent.
Assists Area Managers and Account Managers in handling customer service issues and day-to-day operational issues.
Develops and maintains excellent client relations and attends client meetings.
Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budgeted expectations.
Develops annual budget and maintains fiscal responsibility by evaluating budgetary needs and reducing expenses. Maintains Accounts Receivable within targeted goals.
Develops and executes marketing plans for facilities within portfolio.
Ensures all facilities within the area of responsibility operate in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage and customer service standards.
Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
Review incident claims, internal audit scores and Workers’ Comp trends and work with Regional Vice President and/or the Corporate Office to resolve gaps in performance.
Actively pursue new business for the company under the direction of the Regional Vice President.
Assist with drafting RFPs and/or attend potential client presentations as a part of a bid process.
Assist Regional Vice President with various aspects of the region’s operating contracts, including negotiating new contracts and/or renewals with clients.
